Una revisión de estados financieros consiste principalmente en indagaciones hechas con la Gerencia y el personal de la Compañía y procedimientos analíticos aplicados a los datos financieros, lo que proporciona una base razonable para expresar con certeza limitada, que no es necesario hacer modificaciones sustanciales a los estados financieros para que estos se presenten de conformidad con Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera y Principios de Contabilidad Generalmente Aceptados.
Compilación de Estados Financieros
Este servicios no constituyen una auditoría de estados financieros de acuerdo con normas internacionales de auditoría. Una compilación se limita a presentar, en forma de estados financieros, información que constituye la representación de la Gerencia.
No se auditan los estados financieros, ni se presenta opinión. El servicio consiste en que, a partir de un balance de cuentas del mayor general, se preparan y estructuran las cuentas en forma de estados financieros.
